About me

Hello, it’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Angela Liu, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I was born and raised in Taiwan and later moved to Arizona to pursue my master’s degree. I received my Master of Counseling from Arizona State University and have gained extensive education, training and clinical experiences in community mental health and a university counseling center.

I’m bilingual in English and Mandarin, and I provide therapy in both languages. I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and across different life stages. My personal life experiences help me bring a relational and multicultural lens into supporting clients through a variety of life challenges. In the counseling room, I aim to create a warm, compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal and grow with me at your own pace.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cuddling with my cat, Bridget, meeting friends, watching movies, reading and getting out into nature.

I believe healing and transforming start with self-exploration. At HeartConnect Counseling, my goal is to help you strengthen your connection with yourself and build meaningful relationships with others. I’ll meet you where you are, and I would be honored to be part of your evolving chapter.
